And no one's there to read it,

Is it still haiku?

Dry leaf on the branch
Trembles in the wind and drops;
No effort needed.

FOUR THIRTY IN THE MORNING

In the wee night hours
Car swishes in/out of darkness
As if never there.

Matches the sparkle of snow
Melting in the sun.

Full Moon on Cooper Lake

Two moons and the lake--
One above and one below.
Mountains are watching.

Perched above table
Kathryn sits like a fine bird
Devouring ideas.

Raindrop slides off leaf;
Soft gray blue blanket of clouds.
My heart is breaking.
